1. A money refund is offered in case of a product malfunction that could not be resolved to the buyer's satisfaction, with a 30-days-to-report time limit after the purchase was made.
   Trial and demo software is provided and encouraged to use before purchasing.
2. A 3 day response-time for complaint resolutions is expected through the provided support channels.
